After a life spent away from the canvas, Verel is the name I gave to the part of me that never stopped seeing the world through an artist’s eyes. It’s a soft identity, not bound by biography or recognition, but by the quiet act of returning.

The name Verel was chosen for its sound—gentle, unplaceable, like a breath or a whisper. It carries no clear meaning, and that is its strength. It holds space for reflection, for ambiguity, for the viewer’s own story to meet mine somewhere in between.
